The wild Jura landscape invites us to immerse ourselves in natural living. We live outdoors out as a group, reconnecting with the power of nature, exploring diverse landscape, and tapping into our inner resources to learn together and discover new ways forward.


Enjoy guided, systemic group work in which we reflect on what we are experiencing
outdoors. What can you learn from Nature for your own personal growth? In sharing
circles, your guides invite you to dive in a little deeper, and help you to make sense of it all.
In a small group of men and women (8 maximum), we spend 3 days and 2 nights trekking and living simply with tarp and sleeping bag, cooking together on an open fire, at home in Nature.

Our Gift Culture and Your Financial Contribution

It is our intention to offer Personal Journeys travel and base our meetings on a spirit of caring and generosity. We are inspired by the philosophy of Gift Culture and Gift Economy (What is our approach to Gift Culture? please see here).


Gift Culture encourages your personal freedom and responsibility to decide how much to contribute financially to Personal Journeys events, specifically to the cost of facilitation and guiding.


Our costs of the Jura Journey 2015 include fixed costs plus all of your food/snacks/tea/coffee, and rental or purchase of basic equipment for the group (tarps, ropes, cooking equipment, safety gear and first aid kits). This amounts to 150 CHF per person for 3 full days. We ask that you be prepared to cover at least the fixed and specific costs noted here, and then choose how you value our guiding and facilitation work in addition to these costs. We will work with you outdoors for full days and evenings.
